For accurate pH level verification, it is best to use a calibrated digital meter rather than test strips, which are not as precise and require calibration for specific pH ranges. We suggest using a product like the Apera pH20 meter.

Before using the pitcher, be sure to rinse the filter thoroughly following the instructions provided on the side panel of the retail package and in the user guide enclosed. You can also watch our setup video for visual guidance. The pitcher is designed to hold 2 liters of filtered water, which is approximately two fill buckets into the empty container. Avoid overfilling the pitcher to prevent spills and lid popping when pouring water into a glass.
